तेल को गैल्वनाइज्ड आयरन पॉट में क्यों नहीं रखा जाता है?
गैल्वनाइज्ड लोहे पर मौजूद जस्ते (जिंक) की परत तेल में मौजूद वसा अम्लों के साथ अभिक्रिया कर जहरीले यौगिक बनाती है, तेल की गुणवत्ता खराब करती है और जंग लगाती है। अतः उपरोक्त सभी कारण सही हैं।
