Kol Rebellion (कोल विद्रोह - 1831–1832):
- Tribal Uprising in Chota Nagpur: Led by tribal leaders Buddhu Bhagat, Joad Bhagat, and Madara Mahato across Singhbhum, Ranchi, Palamau, and Hazaribagh.
- Cause: Violent armed retaliation against British land revenue laws and large-scale alienation of ancestral tribal lands to non-tribal outsider moneylenders (Thikadars/Dikus).

कोल विद्रोह (1831-1832 ई.):
- छोटा नागपुर का प्रसिद्ध जनजातीय विद्रोह: बुद्धू भगत, जोआ भगत तथा मदारा महतो के नेतृत्व में रांची, सिंहभूम व पलामू क्षेत्र में लड़ा गया।
- कारण: अंग्रेजों द्वारा आदिवासियों की पारंपरिक भूमि छीनकर गैर-आदिवासी ठेकेदारों (दिकू) को देने तथा नए कर थोपने के विरोध में सशस्त्र बगावत।
