Greenhouse Gases (GHGs - ग्रीनहाउस गैसें):

• Definition: Atmospheric radiatively active gases that absorb and trap outgoing terrestrial thermal infrared radiation ($8 ext{–}14,mu ext{m}$), causing Global Warming.
• Primary GHGs: Carbon Dioxide ($CO_2$), Methane ($CH_4$), Nitrous Oxide ($N_2O$), Water Vapor ($H_2O$), Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), and Ozone ($O_3$).
