- Heroic Battle: Defeated British forces in the Battle of Ambala (1859); captured through betrayal and sentenced to life imprisonment in Port Blair Cellular Jail (Kalapani) where he attained martyrdom on 29 December 1876.

- 1857 के महान भील नायक: मध्य प्रदेश के बड़वानी (धूलकोट) क्षेत्र में सतपुड़ा की पहाड़ियों में अंग्रेजों के विरुद्ध छापामार युद्ध लड़ने वाले 'निमाड़ के रॉबिनहुड'।
- शहादत: 1859 में अंबापानी के युद्ध में अंग्रेजों को धूल चटाई; धोखे से बंदी बनाकर अंडमान की सेल्युलर जेल (कालापानी) भेज दिए गए जहां 29 दिसंबर 1876 को वीरगति पाई।
