सरकारी अधिकारी का देश व समाज के प्रति कर्तव्य एवं आचरण:
- सत्यनिष्ठा एवं कर्तव्यपरायणता: शासकीय पद का उपयोग केवल राष्ट्रहित और समाज कल्याण हेतु करना।
- सार्वजनिक संपत्ति व मान-सम्मान की रक्षा: देश के संसाधनों की लीकेज रोकना तथा सरकारी संपत्ति को अपनी निजी संपत्ति से भी अधिक सुरक्षित रखना।
