अनुच्छेद 311 (सिविल सेवकों को संवैधानिक संरक्षण):
- यह सिविल सेवकों को मनमानी बर्खास्तगी से संरक्षण देता है: किसी अधिकारी को नियुक्तिकर्ता प्राधिकारी से अधीनस्थ अधिकारी द्वारा बर्खास्त नहीं किया जा सकता तथा उचित जांच व सुनवाई का युक्तियुक्त अवसर (Reasonable Opportunity of Being Heard) दिए बिना नहीं हटाया जा सकता।
