The underprivileged refers to those marginalized social groups who, due to historical structural discrimination, poverty, geographical isolation, or physical disability, are systematically deprived of basic socio-economic rights, equal opportunities, quality education, healthcare, and human dignity.

वंचित वर्ग से तात्पर्य समाज के उन हाशिए पर स्थित समूहों से है, जो ऐतिहासिक सामाजिक भेदभाव, निर्धनता, भौगोलिक अलगाव अथवा शारीरिक अक्षमता के कारण बुनियादी नागरिक अधिकारों, गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सम्मानजनक आजीविका और समान अवसरों से संरचनात्मक रूप से वंचित हैं।
